Marina is Senior Advisor at HealthTech180 with a special focus on developing the HT180 Venture Building and Technology Scouting activities. She was previously Head of Marketing at Columbia Technology Ventures (the Technology Transfer Office for Columbia University) in New York, accelerating the transfer of inventions and emerging technologies from academic research labs to the market for the benefit of society on a local, national, and global scale.

She previously worked for the Blavatnik Family Foundation and the New York Academy of Sciences to lead the expansion of highly successful Blavatnik Regional Awards for Young Scientists to the national level. Prior to that, Marina worked for a decade for the United Nations in New York, where she held a variety of communication and program management roles with a focus on poverty eradication and climate change.

Marina is fluent in Russian, French, Spanish and English, and holds a MSc in Development Economics from University of London, School of Oriental and African Studies, and a BBA in International Relations and Diplomacy from Schiller International University in Paris.
